Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

• Credits that have already been fully consumed for photo indexing and search delivery.
• Requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date.
• Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. uploading illicit or non-consensual content).

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Because EventFace Finder operates on an instant digital delivery model (credits are deposited immediately upon successful payment confirmation), cancellation before delivery is not possible. However, any unused credits remain fully eligible for a refund under our 14-day policy above.

There are no recurring monthly subscriptions to cancel. You pay only for the credits you need, when you need them.
