1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to EventFace Finder ("EventFace", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible via https://eventface.studio. By accessing or using our website, services, and AI-powered photo facial recognition software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

EventFace Finder provides an automated cloud platform for event photographers, studios, organizers, and guests:

• Organizers & Photographers: Upload event photo galleries or connect public Google Drive folders, index attendee faces using AWS Rekognition facial biometrics, and generate public sharing QR codes and links.
• Attendees & Guests: Upload a selfie to find and download matching high-resolution event photographs instantly without downloading apps or creating guest accounts.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To upload galleries and purchase credits, you must register an Organization Admin account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes on any third party's copyright or privacy rights.

4. Pay-As-You-Go Credits & Payments

EventFace Finder operates on a transparent, pay-as-you-go credit system:

• 1 credit = 1 photo indexed and processed.
• Credits are purchased as one-off packs (e.g. Starter Pack, Pro Pack, Studio Pack) and do not expire.
• All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment service providers, including Safepay. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Prices are listed in USD or local equivalent currency (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable processing fees.

5. Privacy & Biometric Data Handling

We take facial data privacy seriously:

• Guest selfies uploaded for search are used solely in-memory to generate mathematical vector embeddings for matching against the event collection.
• Selfies are immediately discarded once the search results are returned and are never sold, rented, or used to train public machine learning models.

6. Intellectual Property

Photographers and organizers retain full ownership and copyright of all photographs uploaded to EventFace Finder. EventFace Finder claims no intellectual property rights over user-submitted imagery.

The software, UI design, logos, trademarks, and algorithms comprising EventFace Finder are the exclusive intellectual property of EventFace Finder.

7. Limitation of Liability

EventFace Finder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances shall EventFace Finder be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost photos or server downtime.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
